TOPAS is a non-profit organization whose purpose among others, is to preserve the Filipino culture and tradition; provide a source unity and to represent the Philippines as its goodwill ambassador in this part of the country.   

TOPAS is a family, a “large family” consists of not only Filipinos but also those who are into inter-racial marriages, friends and associates. We strive to maintain peace, harmony and above all respect to all its members.
