We welcome new members to TOPAS. The Ohio Philippine - American Society (TOPAS), aims to unite the local Filipino community via cultural and social programs. Members are eligible to nominate and elect board members and receive discounts to TOPAS’ functions. Thus the nominal membership fee can quickly pay for itself. The following are types of membership fees for the year 2006: Family (two adults living together with or without children 17 and under):  $25.00 Individual (one adult 18 and older with or without children 17 and older):   $12.50 Seniors (two adults living together over 62 years of age)                                $10.00 DONATIONS TOPAS gratefully accepts all monetary donations, which help subsidize its many programs.
